Description of the problem | Engine compartment hood was raised to check fluids. Wind attempted to force the hood closed, distorting the point where the hood support rod enters the inside of the front right fender, and also creating a distortion on the hood finish. Went to village toyota in homosassa florida and was give a run around about it being a body shop problem and not under warranty. I might also add that the trunk lid is not secure in the upright position;it will close on its own approx 8 inches and has hit me and my wife about the face and head several times. |
