Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owned a 2006 toyota corolla. While another vehicle was merging onto the highway, the contact depressed the brake pedal to decelerate, but ended up rear ending the merging vehicle. The front driver side air bag violently deployed, causing chest injuries to the contact that required medical attention. The driver of the other vehicle sustained injuries that also needed medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a towing facility and deemed destroyed.
