Description of the problem | Takata recall i believe toyota and their dealer, koons toyota of arlington, va, have failed to remedy the defect within a reasonable time. I have waited for over 2 months to have the defect remedied. The toyota customer experience center was completely unhelpful and could not tell me where i could obtain a replacment. The dealer failed to update me when replacement parts became available and did not return my phone calls. |
