Description of the problem | We received the passenger air bag notification and called the dealership on 7/18/15. Called several times since to see if we had "dropped through the cracks." always told the parts have not been received. Today, 9/15/15, i was told by the local dealer to please call corporate and complain. Did so. Corporate toyota also had the same story that the replacement air bags have not been received. Seems like a recall that is "smoke and mirrors." if these air bags are unsafe, they need to be replaced before more people are injured by them. |
