Description of the problem	Driver was trying to park the car, thus the car was travelling at very low speed. Car suddenly surged after the driver applied the brake. Car went over the cement tire stopper, up a small hill, hit a wall, and stopped. This cannot possibly have been caused by the driver hitting the accelerator pedal. This is a serious safety problem.
