Description of the problem | Takata recall. I am still awaiting the dealer in our city to tell me it is alright to bring my vehicle in for repair. Since originally getting the recall notice in 2016 and receiving a subsequent recall notice in june, i have been told by the service department that the parts for my vehicle are not yet available and i need to wait for another recall notice saying that my vehicle will be repaired. It is worrisome that car owners are still being fatally injured and safety instructions provided by the dealer say that the front passenger seat should not be used due to the possible case of injury in a head on collision. Is there some way to get this recall repair done more quickly? |
