Description of the problem | After replacing the egr valve at 55,000 miles dealer went to reset service codes. Pcm was found to be at fault and unable to clear codes. Dealer claimed pcm was not under warranty. Ram customer care made no efforts to replace or repair pcm. Have had 9+ issues with the truck. All issues have fallen outside of warranty by 3 to 4 thousand miles. |
