Description of the problem	Integrated brake system for towing trailers (itbs) does not work. Safety hazard as the truck can not stop the 150000 pound 29t arctic fox 5th wheel. After 4 attempts dodge gave up and said the itbs works as designed. The 5th wheel was certified that the brakes work with other tow vehicles. Not with our ram 3500 which is rated to tow 22000 pounds which is a safety hazard. We are unable to stop the trailer in an emergency or uner normal driving conditions using the itbs.
