Description of the problem	Nexen tire failure at 3452 miles. Tires came on new truck. Driving on interstate hwy, 65 mph, pulling a 14000 lb 5th wheel rv. Front left tire tread separated which caused sidewall to blowout completely. Difficult to maintain control but successful. Examination showed tread was not properly glued to carcass. No personal injuries but there was damage to left main wheel. Lt235/80r-17e tires made by korean company. Tires may not be suitable to that heavy of vehicle.
