Description of the problem	There are two outstanding recalls on the vehicle; vb2, engine cooling fan & w00 shifter cable. I have been talking to dealers & fca about getting the vehicle fixed since august & am told that the parts are not available. The recall notices state that it is unsafe to operate the vehicle, yet the manufacturer is unable to provide parts to make it safe. So i have a vehicle that cannot be used in its current state.
