Description of the problem	My ram 3500 2017 lost shifting in an intersection. It was towed to hermiston chrysler in oregon 9/21/2020. They say warranty requires them to determine the failure of the transmission. Parts were sent to fix it. Now warranty says send pictures. Might send new transmission. I made a 1400 mile trip there this week and came home in another rental. My pickup camper is stranded there.
