Description of the problem	On january 21, 2020 at 1400 38 miles outside of charlottesville, va on highway 29 driver side rear inside tire tread separated and blew out the tire causing extensive damage to the underside of the truck bed. The speed of the blowout was 45 mph and had to manage parking on the side of the road on an incline in order to change the tire out and remove the metal that was holding the splash guard. Roadside assistance tow company informed us that the outside tire on the same side was ready to blow as well and needed to be changed. The tires on the vehicle are nexxan roadian lt235/80r17 10 ply. The vehicle has 55,000 miles on it.
