Description of the problem	2016 dodge ram 3500 laramie longhorn dually - original tires that came on vehicle nexen htx lt235/80r17e bsw all season tires. Safety concern with these tires because the wall on the inside is giving way causing the tire to wobble, which makes your whole truck shake violently when you get to above 50 mph. Cab of truck along with steering wheel making it unsafe due to possible blow out. Tires been rotated on the maintenance schedule. Did not have issue with this until the last tire rotation which these tires came from the back of the truck where we tow a living quarters 3 horse trailer which weighs empty 12500 pounds. Investigation needs to be done on if these tires are adequate for trucks that do heavy towing as it appears not since this is the second tire that has to be replaced due to safety concerns. This could not be determined unless the vehicle was in motion. The vehicle is back at the dealership to replaced this tire. Had them check all tires again to ensure no other ones are defective. A recall needs to be done on these tires as if it were not for my wife taking her vehicle to the dealership for them to check, it would have fone unnoticed until a blow out or possible wreck due to the blow out happen while she was towing her trailer with live stock.
