Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2016 ram 3500 equipped with nexen roadian-a/t tires, size: 255/65r16. While driving 40 mph, the front driver's side steel belt sidewall detached and the tire blew out. The contact coasted the vehicle to the side of the road and replaced the front driver's side tire.
