Description of the problem | During a trip on an improved highway, the front end began to shake violently. The steering wheel was hard to keep ahold of at 50 mph. At this time the truck had 17596 miles on it. When we returned home i called my dodge dealer, landers mclarty to express my concern of the truck performance. Subsequently i brought the truck in for an inspection and resolution of the problem. The report was that the tires were cupped and i needed new tires. I felt that this should be treated as defective equipment and that they should cover the cost. The tires are nexon tires from s. Korea. At 17596 miles they should not fail that soon. I was told by the gm that they have trouble with tires on |
