Description of the problem	While driving the truck and turning slightly left, i hit a small bump on the road and my truck started vibrating uncontrollably and i lost the ability to steer the vehicle. The vehicle vibrated so hard that i slid across other lanes of traffic to my right without being able to steer. I brought the vehicle to a complete stop on the side of the road. After the complete stop, i was able to drive and steer the vehicle. Since this incident happened, i have had the same issue happen when i'm driving while turning and hitting a bump. I've had this happen on interstate highways, state highways and flyover on ramps. The dealership does not know what is wrong and is unable to fix the problem at the moment.
