Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 ram 3500. The contact stated that the doors would not lock manually with the master door panel or remotely with the key fob. The door ajar warning indicator illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that a pin connector for the door failed and needed to be repaired. The contact also stated that the pcm and bcm were repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,000. |
