Description of the problem	Manufacturer recall #: r46 nhtsa recall #: 15v-541 i took my recall notice and ram 3500 2014 to the dealer to have the recall fix installed. Dealer notified me that chrysler engineers would not allow them to install the recall/fix because the truck has the wrong frame installed. Since the truck will need to be taken apart and rebuilt in the field i expressed my concerns and opened a case with the chrysler customer assistance center. A truck replacement was suggested and i agreed. I would like your help since nothing has been done since this decision that happened almost 6 weeks ago. Chrysler engineers expressed concerns since this is a safety issue so i am afraid to drive my truck.
