Description of the problem	Passenger front tire wears on the outside. Problem was first observed with less than 6,000 miles. Dealership in fairbanks, ak continued to point out that tires needed to be rotated more often. Tires were regularly rotated. Dealership and independent shop stated that vehicle was in alignment and did not need work. Original tires were replaced with high quality tires 16,000 miles ago. Tires have been rotated twice since then and there is significant wear on the tires that have been in that position.
