Description of the problem | R46 front suspension track bar frame that was improperly welded during the manufacturing process - we are being told by the dealerships that no parts are available to fix this at this time. The issue with this is that we pull a large horse trailer with this truck and are putting our lives and the lives of our horses in jeopardy every day we drive this truck. We did not spend $70,000 on this vehicle to have it be a death trap while we wait on parts. We had a 2008 that the tie rod broke just as i pulled into the parking lot at work. I was told i was lucky that i wasn't serious injured or killed coming down the highway. We were told at the time there was no recall, guess what, the next week the recall came out. So here we are in the same issue again, different part, with no help coming from the dealerships, mopar etc. |
