Description of the problem | While driving the steering component brok on the vehicle which made it very unstable to drive. I had just driven the car from the dealership to home for repairs for two other warranty issues. They should have been aware of the faulty welding on the steering component at the time it was in the shop on 10/28-10/29/2015. I told them to have it towed to their shop but they ignore me and dropped an employee off to drive it. The employee attempted to drive the vehicle and almost ran off the side of the road. The employee turned around and brought the vehicle back. I had to use my aaa account to have the truck towed to them. Victor at dodge in watsonville, ca called later to say the problem was with a recall and that they will get back to me after they talk to chrysler. |
