Description of the problem	The parking (emergency brake) does not work and never has since vehicle was new. It would lock up at times but then not work to keep vehicle from rolling. This seems rather insignificant until you understand that the vehicle has no park(no parking postion) so the parking brake must work to keep vehicle from rolling, this vehicle will roll anytime motor is off unless parking brake(emergency brake) is engaged. It has been in the shop many times to repair this issue and it has never even been improved!!! Safety issue is that vehicle should never have been allowed to be manufactured with no park! Unlike a standard transmission which can be put in gear with motor off to stop from rolling there is no way on this vehicle other than the parking brake!(emergency brake) i have video of the problem and here is a link to that video.
