Description of the problem	Two issues that are caused by the same problem: 1. When accelerating from a stop there is limited power. If i step on the throttle hard, it seems to not move for a second or two, then takes off. 2. While driving in traffic there is a significant delay in throttle response. If i am on the accelerator trying to blend into traffic, then have to take my foot off the accelerator for some reason, then try to accelerate, it does nothing for several seconds. This is a very unsafe situation for the occupants of my vehicle and anyone else on the road. I want it addressed before causing an accident, or even worse death to someone.
