Description of the problem	As i picked up my new 2014 dodge ram 3500 6. 4 , i noticed a rattle coming from in or under the dash board . I also noticed my cruise control would not work and traction light stayed on . The rattle only occurs when i am stepping on the gas and going over rough roads , i let off the gas and the rattle stops . I took it to my dealer ( dick poe dodge , el paso , tx. ) and they found nothing with the rattle , they fixed the other issues . They heard the rattle but said they could not pin point it , they felt it might be the throttle pedal it self , but dodge would not let them swap it out unless they were 100% sure that was the issue . So here i am still driving with the rattle . I did offer to pay for the part and my adviser said he would not allow that only cause he was not 100% sure it would fix the issue . Understand the service dept did all they could to help me , it was dodge that tied their hands .
