Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ram 3500. The contact stated that there were multiple failures concerning the vehicle and the dealer failed to provide a solution after several repairs. While driving approximately 65 mph, the vehicle experienced a strong "death wobble" vibration. The vibration caused the front seat belts to restrict and loosen. The contact had to reduce the speed to below 45 mph to prevent the condition. The dealer diagnosed that the tires needed to be replaced by a tire repair shop and the steering box failed and needed to be replaced. The contact had the vehicle inspected by two independent mechanics. The vehicle was also taken to a tire repair shop for further inspection. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 29,468. |
