Description of the problem	There is an extreme hesitation between the time the throttle pedal is applied to when the vehicle begins moving. This issues seems to be most noticeable when the throttle petal is pressed slowly and also when the throttle pedal is pressed hard, released, and pressed again. I have had many close calls when merging into traffic or when turning at intersections.
