Description of the problem | I contacted diehl automotive concerning the recall (n49/nhtsa 13v-529) the left tie rod ball stud on this truck may fracture under certain driving conditions. This would cause a loss of directional control and/or crash without warning. The service man said that he could only get the parts from dodge at a rate of (1) per week. That means that i will have to go approximately one year before i get this repaired. This sounds like another gm screw up where it will take some lives before the highway safety administration is going to do something. It's now time to expose you all once again to the news media. Why would i have thought anything else from a government organization. Updated 07/28/14 |
