Description of the problem | I have received a recall on this vehicle. I am on a list of 115 people to get this taken care of. I am told by the dealer that they are sent one replacement part a week. I have a trip schedule where i will be pulling a 5th wheel a long distance. I cannot cancel this trip. I leave end of march. With the schedule above i will not be able to complete this travel. Is it safe for me to take this trip and drive this truck pulling the 5th wheel????? Please respond and let me know what i need to do to get this part installed before i leave. Or tell me if they have to give me comparable truck to take my trip with while mine waits for replacement part. I will be interested to see if this is responded to in a manner that lets me know if it was read and taken seriously. Hopefully my faith in the government to keep me safe will not fail me. |
