Description of the problem | We received a recall notice from chrysler that our truck was recalled and needed a new tie rod to ensure safety. However, our chrysler dealer says that they are allowed to order only one of these necessary replacement parts a week. So since we were the 20th callers for this recall, we must wait about 5 months for this problem to be fixed! That is unacceptable for a potentially dangerous tie rod break! |
