Description of the problem | I have received 2 recalls for the left tie rod ball stud. First one in january. I have been on a waiting list since february. Right now i am still 56th in line to get this fixed. We haul a 4 horse trailer with living quarters all over the eastern states. This is a safety issue. If this broke, the horses and people in the track could get badly hurt or die. I was told chrysler is only allowing 1 tie rod to get fixed per week. At this rate, it will next year at this time before i get my truck fixed. Can you help us? *js |
