Description of the problem | I have had two recalls from chrysler on this truck and they have failed to provide the necessary parts to the dealer for repair. The first recall was n49 from nov. 6th 2013. Yes, that's 2013, over two tears ago. This is to repair a steering component that could fail and cause loss of control of the vehicle. I also have a recall p65 from oct. 7th 2014. This is to repair a fuel component that could fail and cause a fire in the vehicle. Both of these items present serious safety issues to the operators and passengers of the vehicle. Please help me to resolve this issue with the unresponsive auto manufacturer. |
