Description of the problem | My vehicle has a recall n49/nhtsa 13v-529 and when i called to get the recall work done i was told that the recall parts have been recalled because they are failing too. This is a very serious problem and if the tie rod breaks all steering control is lost. This is my only "reliable" vehicle to get to work, grocery shop, etc. Now i am just supposed to risk my life each day i drive it? The dealer (chapman dodge of las vegas) was not able to give me a date as to when the parts would be in to fix my car or any other information. This is unacceptable. My co-worker already had his tie rod break while driving on his 2008 dodge ram 3500, luckily he had just come to a stop or who knows what could have happened. Please get dodge to do the right thinking and repair these vehicles that they already know there is a problem with. |
