Description of the problem | Hi, i received a notice regarding recall n49/nhtsa 13v-529 and went to my chrysler dealer on 1/26/14 to schedule the service to address the issue with the left tie rod ball stud. To this date, the dealer has been unable to obtain the part from chrysler. I called the chrysler recall center at 800. 853. 1403 today and they informed me that chrysler is still working on getting the parts to the dealers. What's the point of issuing a recall when chrysler is not taking care of it? |
