Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 dodge ram 3500. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired under the recall associated with nhtsa campaign id number 11v350000 (steering: linkages: tie rod: assembly) in november of 2010. The contact also stated that while driving 3 mph on a dirty road surface, he turned left and the front driver? S tie rod fractured. As a result, the ball joint was also destroyed. The failure and current mileages were 39,332. Updated 08/23/12*lj the consumer stated the 4-wheel drive low range engaged when he made a tight right turn, which caused the left tie rod end bolt to break off the tie rod assembly. The driver's side wheel apparently jammed on the broken tie rod end, with a lot of toe-in when the vehicle was turned to the right. Approximately 400 yards further up the road, when another right turn was made, the tie rod end wheel jam disconnected with total loss of steering. Updated 08/23/12
