Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 dodge ram 3500. The contact stated that while hauling a trailer, the vehicle would randomly disconnect the trailers parking lights. The contact mentioned that he would not drive the vehicle for a couple of days and the lights would began to function normally. The vehicle was taken to a dealer twice, who decided to reset the computer on both occasions. The remedy did not correct the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 1,000 and the current mileage was 13,000. |
