Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2016 ram 2500 equipped with a hensley arrow anti-sway trailer hitch. While driving 5 mph, the vehicle made an abnormal noise. Upon inspection, the contact noticed that the a frame and offset receiver bar were fractured in half. A dealer was not contacted.
