Description of the problem | I received a recall notice (n49) on this vehicle in december of 2013. I contacted the dealership in january of 2014 as requested. The dealership looked at my vehicle and confirmed the problem. Still no repair was made by may of 2014. I contacted the recall phone number supplied with the notice. They then set me up with another dealer. Which i had to take my vehicle to them also to confirm the problem. Long story short. Here it is the 17th of november and i still don't have my vehicle repaired. The dealership has no idea when i will have the work done. This makes almost a year of waiting, and two(2) dealerships of dealing with. |
