Description of the problem | I had contacted sheridan motor inc. In sheridan, wy to repair n49 / nhtsa 13v-529 recall, about 2 weeks prior to scheduled service date. When i picked up my truck, the service rep, stated they didn't have the parts required to complete the recall and i would be placed on a waiting list and notified when the parts arrive. I have still not been contacted. The first time this recall happened (approx., 2012) the same situation happened, sheridan motors could not get the parts required for the recall. I had to drive 60 miles to another dodge dealer to get repair done. I have now moved to cheyenne, wy and i hope the local dealer can get the parts required to repair this recall. |
