Description of the problem | I took this vehicle to martin swanty chrysler dodge in kingman arrzona due to a recall noticed that i had received. This was my second trip their as the first time they didn't have the replacement parts. The second time i returned at the appointed time and 5 hours later they still had not worked on the truck. Not having the time to spend at their shop i took the truck back and was told by them that's the way it is. So this truck has not been given the replacement parts as called for. Dealer handled this very poorly and i believe it to be because it was not purchased there. |
