Description of the problem | I received a recall for this vehicle in january about a tie rod ball stud. It says "this could cause loss of directional control and/or crash without warning. Now that sounds kind of serious to me so i called the dealer and they said they didn't have the parts to make the repair yet. So i've called every 6-8 weeks to see if they have the parts and they still don't. I have moved from 8th to 5th on the waiting list in 6 months so that certainly makes me feel better. At this rate i should have my potential "crash without warning" problem resolved about next july..... If i haven't "crashed without warning". The dealer doesn't seem to be the problem...... It seems to be chrysler. So, what to i do now???? |
