Description of the problem | I am very concerned that chrysler has issued a recall for the left tie rod and state in the recall that the tie rod could fracture and cause a loss of directional control and crash without warning, but the parts for the recall are not available. We have been on a waiting list for 3 months at this time. I think this should be reviewed, it should not require people to die in a crash before something is done. How can a company know this problem exists and it could result in fatality but it appears to be no big deal that we have to wait for a repair part to become available. |
