Description of the problem	This vehicle has been recalled for tie rod end malfunction, notification n49. The left tie rod end can simple break in half without warning, a very dangerous situation. I have contacted 2 dealerships for service on this recall; addys dodge in myrtle beach on december 27 2013, and burglund dodge roanoke va march 10 2014. I have been put on waiting lists waiting for the parts at both dealerships,. Note i have been waiting for nearly 3 months since i 1st contacted addy dodge. Addy dodge told me it would be a very long wait, that there are only 1 or 2 sets of parts available each week. Note that i have not had an accident, the tie rod end has not broken. And this is not a complaint against the dealerships, the complaint is against dodge for not having the parts available. I, as many other people, am currently driving the truck with the defect because parts are not available to fix the recall. What good is a recall if there are no parts to fix the recall?
