Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 dodge ram 2500. The contact stated that the check engine warning light illuminated and the vehicle could not be started. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnosis. The contact was told that the key module needed to be replaced and the negative battery terminal had become loose. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken to a different dealer and the contact was then informed that the oxygen sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to a dealer and the contact was informed that the failure could not be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 3,000 and the current mileage was 9,859. |
