Description of the problem | Chrysler safety recall p65/nhtsa 14v-635 i was sent the safety recall notice in december of 2014. As of april 2015, i called chrysler and they said that the parts are not available. 5 months after the recall notice was sent out, and the parts are still not available for this critical safety recall, which if not fixed, could cause an engine compartment fire. They did not give me a date as to when the parts would be available. Chrysler is not acting in good faith to fix this safety problem. |
