Description of the problem	Upon starting vehicle i heard some type of gear grinding/knocking, sometimes it happens when i turn the key off too. Along with this i noticed i had no heating control which kept me from de fogging my wind shield or having heat in general. Could be a big issue if the windows were iced over. Has happened randomly over the last several weeks and i have finally disconnected the blend door actuator located behind the glove compartment. Will contact dealership.
