Description of the problem	That morning i was driving to work heading east on state road 56. I was passing another vehicle when the accelerator stuck to the floor. I was exceeding 100 mph and could not slow down. I had both feet on the brake pedal but that didn't help. The brakes were smoking hot!!. Thank god there wasn't a school bus picking up children at that time. I finally decided to turn the ignition switch off. I thought maybe the steering wheel would lockup; but it worked.
