Description of the problem	I'm getting the run around from fca us llc on having my vehicle appraised for repurchase. As stated in the nhtsa consent order against fca us llc page 13 sec 35, " the alternative remedy will be an offer to eligible owners to refund the purchase price paid by the first purchaser of the vehicle for purposes other than resale, less a reasonable allowance for depreciation, and not including the cost of modifications made to the vehicle after first retail sale("the purchase price"). 1. Why are they using the kbb trade in value for estimating the repurchase? 2. How do i find the first purchase price and shouldn't they start there? 3. Why wasn't fca us llc ready on the announced date of oct 1, 2015 to handle this repurchase? 3. Why are they allowed to keep putting the owners of these vehicles off until they accrue more miles on the vehicle, allowing fca us llc to pay less? I've been told it could take up to three to four weeks to even get a appointment for the appraisal then longer to get a "offer letter". 4. What is the nhtsa doing about these issues. 5. How do you contact the appointed monitor that was placed there by the nhtsa to oversee these proceedings and make sure fca us llc is conducting business properly. I feel as though, fca us llc is being allowed to continually make the consumer pay for their misconduct. The nhtsa has ordered them to do this correctly however it doesn't feel like the are there to assist the consumer. Thank you and i look forward to hearing from you on these matters.
