Description of the problem	I bought a 2010 dodge ram in 2012 . The truck had 48,xxx miles on it . The pinion nut and tie-rod had failed and the repairs made . In early 2015 the pinion nut failed again , causing me to almost loose control of the truck and crash . The repairs were again made . When i heard about the lawsuit against chrysler fiat i called them to check if my truck would be one that was on the buyback list . I was told that that trucks with the pinion nut were , after being put on hold i was told my truck wasn't in the bracket for the right pinion nut failure . The lady then stated that the tie-rods were another case for buy back . When told my truck had that repair she stated its another tie-rod recall . When asked what were the correct failures and recalls she stated she could not give me that information . Why is it they are being forced to buy back these vehicles but make excuses when it comes time too . I am scared to drive this truck . If and when i have to drive or travel far i will rent a car .
