Description of the problem	2/25 i discovered the frame crossmember where one of the two straps which hold up the fuel tank rusted away to the point that the strap has fallen out of the frame. I contacted ram customer care via online chat asking for a repair estimate, if they could verify that the part number i have located can actually rectify the situation, if they could verify if the tsb i've located is related to this issue, and if they could advise which dealer close to me has an on-site body shop to perform the repair and if they're highly rated by fca, and their only response was to advise they can schedule an appointment for me and provide the number for roadside assistance, which they were unwilling to cover transportation costs. The attached files show the strap itself which is intact, the portion of the frame which the strap pulled out of and is rusted, a picture of how low the fuel tank is currently hanging, and the pdf of the conversation with the fca representative which occurred 2/27.
