Description of the problem	Driver side rear wheel bearing failed prematurely. Led to wheel bearing slot on axle shaft to wear causing axle shaft damage. If i had not caught this early the axle shaft may have failed completely resulting in catastrophic damage. First noticed signs of damage while vehicle was in motion
